This item does not use any oil, jus a little for greasing the plate and most of it sticks to the plate :)

Preparation Time: 30 mins

Cooling time: 30 mins (if put in freezer)

Shelf Life : 4 days to a week

You will find the step by step procedure in the pic sent

Ingredients:

Custard Powder - 1 cup

Sugar - 2 cups

Milk - 5 cups

Cardomom Powder - 1/4 th tsp

Method:

1. Boil milk in a thick bottom pan

2. Leave the milk to cool down till you can put your hand for a while

3. Add all the contents with milk and mix it properly without forming any lumps

4. After the above is mixed well, turn on the stove

5. Boil it on medium to hight flame for 5 minutes, from low to medium flame for another 5 mins

6. You will observe the mixture thickening by the end of 10 minutes

7. Grease a plate with oil/butter (I used butter)

8. Pour the hot mixtures on the plate and let it cool, just shake the plate a bit so that the mixture settles evenly

9. Let it cool in the plate for a while, then cut it into required shape, pieces with a plain knife or a pizza cutter into cakes (Custard Cakes)

10. Let the cakes cool for a while, I get tempted quickly and to make it chill quicly i put the plate in the freezer :)

Take out when chilled and enjoy yummy yummy CUSTARD CAKES
