Entry 10: Hot and Spicy Corn by Sangeetha Penugonda


Ingredients :

Corn Ears -2

Lemon -1

Chilli pwd - 1 tsp

Salt - 1 pinch

Method:

- Clean the corn and Microwave it for 3 minutes

- On Gas stove /electric burner fry the corn

- Mix salt +chilli pwd

- Cut the lemon and add dip in the above pwd

- Apply the lemon on the corns ...Hot and Spicy corn ready :)
