Entry 7: Delicious Paneer Soya Bites by Kranthi Sarathy


Ingredients:

1 cup Soya chunks

150 gms paneer grated

a handful of fresh mint and corriander leaves finely chopped,

cumin powder 1 heaped tspn

1 tspn chat masala

1 tspn garam masala

1 and 1/2 tspn chilly powder

salt to taste

Method:

1. Soak soya chunks in hot water and Mix all the above ingredients togethervery well .

2. Make small bite sized balls and keep aside.

3. Bake them at 180 deg C for 25 mins.

These are excellent finger food for kids and parties too.

Advantages:

Paneer is a good source for calcium even tough with high calories.Here soya reduces cholestrol level.it helps in weight control.

paneer and soya reduces heart problems and supposed to help in lower, back and joint pain and makes Bones strong.
