Entry 11: Mixed Veg Cutlet without Oil by Radha Devi


Ingredients:

Potatoes: 4
Corn: 1 cup
Peas: 1 cup
Carrot: ½ cup
Corn flour: ½ tsp
All Purpose Flour: ½ cup
Salt: for Taste
Sugar: a pinch
Pepper powder / Mirch Powder: ½ tsp.

Method:

Microwave, all the vegetables, till they boil.
In a bowl, mix all the vegetables along with corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, sugar, pepper powder.
Make the dough into small balls and then flat cakes.
On a non-stick pan, put these cakes and add a drop of oil on each side of the cakes and let it fry till the side is in light brown color.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup
